What size do I need?

See here our size chart. You can also check the size chart when viewing any product. If you can’t select your size for a particular product, it means that this size is not in stock anymore.

I haven’t received an order receipt by mail. What should I do?

Check your spambox te see if your order confirmation is there. If it’s not there after 30 minutes, contact us at webshop@indianbluejeans.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel placed orders as these are processed automatically in our system. You can return your order after receiving it. See ‘Returns’ to find the instructions.

How can I pay?

You can use the following payment methods at Indian Blue Jeans: iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Creditcard, Vpay en Paypal.

iDEAL & Bancontact

Safe and easy payment of your online purchases via your own bank. Available for ABN Amro Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Fortis and ING. Our Belgium customer scan use Bancontact.

Credit Card

Available for VISA and MasterCard. Your data is protected from access by third parties.

PayPal

To use PayPal, you must first open an account. PayPal is a secure and fast way to pay online without having to enter your bank or credit card details.

Do I receive a confirmation after my payment?

As soon as the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

DELIVERY & RETURN

What is my order’s delivery time?

Indian Blue Jeans ships all packages via GLS. GLS delivers 5 days a week. If you placed your order on a weekday before 15H00, you will receive it within 1-2 days ( for The Netherlands) Orders after 15:00 will be deliverd one day later. While we always do our best to deliver on time, it can happen that an order arrives a day late.

I was not at home. Where is my order?

If you are not at home at the second delivery attempt, GLS will leave a note. The order may be left with neighbors or at a GLS collection point.

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a ‘track and trace’ code where you can follow the delivery status.

Wat are the delivery charges?

Home delivery in the Netherlands costs €3,95. We offer free shipping above €50. The shippingcosts for Belgium and Germany are €6,95. For other countries, please contact us.

Order unexpectedly unavailable.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you within 5 working days. You will receive your refund within 14 days. Of course we will always do our best to deliver your order.

What is the return policy?

You can return all unworn items within 14 days of receipt. To return an item, all original tags must still be attached. When you want to return an article, please send an email to webshop@indianbluejeans.com with the stylenumber, size and reason. Our department After Sales will send you a reply with returnnumber. Write this number on your package so we can dispatch your return as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay shipment costs for a return?

Yes, you need to pay the return shipment costs. PostNL charges €6,95 to send a package with track & trace.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be paid onto your account as soon as possible after receiving your return. At the latest you will receive your refund within 14 days you informed Indian Blue Jeans of the return. When an entire order is returned, the shipping costs (for delivery) will also be refunded.
